General Policy

All sales are final.
However, there are specific exceptions for original artworks, damaged items, and lost packages, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:

1. Original Artworks

Refunds may be issued if:

• The item arrives damaged, or

• The package is confirmed lost by USPS.

2. Prints & Zines

Since these items can be reprinted, they are not eligible for refunds, but may qualify for:

• A replacement, or

• Store credit,
  if the package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days and I will send the correct item at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order ships.
Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are strictly non-refundable.
